Let me paint a picture of your working life.
You’re overloaded with emails. You have too many tasks. Clearly, you have a lot going on, yet you still procrastinate. Your life is full of unresolved loops that keep piling up, making you feel worse every day.
So you turn your attention to the question: how can stop procrastinating?
You devour all the podcasts, all the books, all the hacks.
But none of the hacks work.
At the end of the day, you’re still overwhelmed, procrastinating, and behind on life.
Does that sound about right?
You’re probably not alone.
In fact, you’re definitely not alone because I was right there with you.
And now you’re probably asking what you can do about it.
But before I tell you, I want you to list out all the things you’ve tried to do in the past to help you procrastinate less.

Trying to improve focus
Trying to build good habits
